2. Information We Collect We collect the minimum amount of data required to provide the core functionality of the app:

  • Personal Information: We collect your Date of Birth (DOB) solely to calculate your "Life Expectancy" and visualize your "Life Grid." This data is stored securely on your device and our encrypted cloud database.

  • App Activity: We track your habit completion, focus session duration, and "Character Stats" (XP) to generate productivity analytics.

  • Device Information: We verify your device ID and subscription status via Google Play Services to manage your Premium access.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Life OS utilizes Artificial Intelligence to provide personalized insights and motivation.

  • Data Processing: User inputs (such as journal entries or habit logs) may be processed by our AI models to generate text responses.

  • No Training: Your personal data is not used to train public AI models.

4. Third-Party Services We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Firebase: For database hosting, authentication, and crash reporting.

  • RevenueCat: For processing In-App Purchases and subscriptions.

5. Data Security We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Account Deletion

Request Account Deletion

Your Data Rights In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you have the right to request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

What Will Be Deleted? Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your User ID and Authentication Records.

  • Your Profile Data (Name, Date of Birth).

  • All Habit Logs, Streak History, and Focus Session Data.

  • All Journal Entries and AI Chat History.

Warning: This process is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, even if you create a new account with the same email address.
