Habit & Focus Logs: We store the habits you track and the duration of your focus sessions to generate your productivity statistics.

Journal Entries: Text input provided in the "Notes" or "Journal" section.

3) Data processing for contract and services
3.1 Google Firebase (Backend Services) We use Google Firebase, a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., to host the app's database and manage user authentication.

Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to allow you to log in and keep your data synced across devices.

Database: Your habits, journal entries, and settings are stored in Cloud Firestore (a database service). This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

3.2 Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases) For the processing of payments, subscriptions, and Premium upgrades, we use the Google Play Billing Library provided by Google LLC.

Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly by Google. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information, bank account details, or billing address.

Data Transfer: Google provides us with an anonymous transaction receipt and subscription status (e.g., "Active" or "Expired") so we can unlock the Premium features in your app.

Legal Basis: The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract.

3.3 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features Life OS uses AI technology to provide personalized insights and chat responses.

Usage: Text data you input into the "AI Assistant" or "Journal" may be processed to generate responses.

4) Permissions requested by the App
For certain functions, the app may request access to your device services:

Notifications: To send reminders for habits and focus timer completion.

Storage/Photos: To allow you to save or share your "Statistics" or "Wallpaper" images.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, though this may limit app functionality.

5) Rights of the data subject

5.1 Right to Information (Art. 15 GDPR) You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us, the processing purposes, the categories of data, and the storage duration.
5.2 Right to Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR) You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and data.

How to Delete: You may request deletion directly within the app settings via the "Delete Account" button, or by contacting us at the email provided in Section 1.

Consequence: Upon request, all your habits, journal entries, and account identifiers will be permanently removed from our Firebase servers within 30 days.
5.3 Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) You have the right to request immediate correction of incorrect data concerning you (e.g., updating your Date of Birth).
5.4 Right to Revoke Consent (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR) You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future.

6) Duration of Storage
The data processed by us will be deleted or its processing restricted in accordance with legal requirements as soon as the consent provided for processing is revoked or other permissions cease to apply (e.g., if the purpose of processing this data no longer applies or strictly required for legal storage obligations).
