Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Life OS: Focus and Habit Tracker.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. However, as "Life OS" is a digital product offering intangible goods (software, premium features, and content), we maintain a strict refund policy to prevent abuse.

By purchasing a subscription or a lifetime license, you agree to the terms below.

1. Google Play Store Refunds (First 48 Hours)

If you made a purchase within the last 48 hours, you can often request a refund directly through Google. This is the fastest way to get your money back.

  • How to request: Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, find the order, and select "Request a refund".

  • Decision: Google reviews these requests automatically. We do not have control over this process.

2. Developer Refunds (After 48 Hours)

If more than 48 hours have passed, or if Google denies your request, you may contact us directly. However, refunds are not automatic and are granted only under specific conditions:

We WILL grant a refund if:

  • There is a technical error that prevents the Premium features from working on your device.

  • You reported a critical bug, and we failed to fix it within a reasonable timeframe (7 days).

  • You were charged twice for the same product due to a billing error.

We will NOT grant a refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind or "didn't like" the app.

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

  • You uninstalled the app but didn't cancel the subscription in the Play Store.

  • You purchased the "Lifetime License" and have used the features successfully for more than 3 days.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) renew automatically unless you cancel them. Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

How to Cancel:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Select Life OS.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for the remaining time.

4. Lifetime License Policy

The "Lifetime License" is a one-time purchase that grants you access to Life OS Premium features for the lifetime of the application's availability on the Google Play Store.

  • All Lifetime License sales are final.

  • Exceptions are made solely for technical issues that render the app unusable, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request to us, please email [Insert Support Email] with the following subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".

You MUST include:

  1. The Google Play Order ID (It looks like GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567). You can find this in your email receipt from Google.

  2. A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  3. Screenshots of the issue (if related to a technical bug).

We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.
