Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Management Life OS subscriptions are handled directly by the Google Play Store. We (the developers) do not have access to your billing details, credit card numbers, or the ability to manually cancel your subscription on your behalf.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription If you wish to stop future payments, you must cancel via Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your phone.

  2. Tap your Profile Icon (top right).

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Select Life OS.

  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Note: Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

3. Refund Policy

  • 48-Hour Window: If you purchased a subscription less than 48 hours ago, you can request a refund directly through Google Play here. This is the fastest way to get your money back.

  • After 48 Hours: Life OS generally does not offer refunds after the 48-hour Google Play window has passed, as the service is digital and access is granted immediately.

  • No Partial Refunds: If you cancel your subscription halfway through a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days. Instead, your Premium access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
